Hi everyone,
I am having this open website where one person is gonna register a group. Being the leader of the group, this person is gonna come back a few weeks before the event to modify the registrations according to the new information received.
We only want the leader of the group, to receive all the communications concerning each member.
So far, when I make the test, I receive the individual registrations with name/hotel but I don't receive the group confirmation with the name of the members of my group, the confirmation number and the button to modify the registration.
I went many times in my settings and it seems like everything is set up correctly. All the confirmation should be sent to the leader of the group. My email is active.
Enclosed, what I need to receive that I don't.
