    Is there a button you can add to the personal information page to have the same information pulled for each group member instead of having to type it in for all of them?

    Hi Samantha,

    Hope you are doing well!

    I regards to your query, pulling information for each group member on the personal information page is currently not possible. As the group registrations are considered 'individual registration' and hence individual information is not depended upon the Group Leader (the one registering all members). 

    The system will be able to identify an individual coming from an email and it will prepopulate the information. Similarly, if the individual is coming from a weblink, the system will be able to identify the details once the next button on the personal information page is clicked. In both scenarios the information needs to be present in the backend in Cvent.

    There is a feature available on the similar lines for guest registrations where the guest information is dependent upon the primary registrant's information. You may review the following information although it is different from Group Registrations. 

    While using Guest registration an invitee can click on the option 'Add a previous guest' and the information of their related contact (previously added in an event) and they will not have to enter the details manually. 

    In order to use this feature, 'Add guest' widget should be placed on the 2nd page of the registration (not on personal information) to ensure the system identifies the primary registrant. 

    NOTE: To add guests as related contacts for the primary registrant you can enable the settings 'Add new guests to the invitee's Related Contacts' in site designer. Below is the path to find this setting:

    Event > Registration > Registration process > Open site designer > Guest registration widget > In the right panel > Under advanced settings > Address book settings > Add new guests to the invitee's Related Contacts.
