Hi, it could be email virus checking software clicking every link in the email to ensure it's safe, take a look in the email click report and see if all links are clicked within a few milli seconds.

Subject: Guests show up as unsubscribed even if they didn't click the link.
We have since moved from a mailto unsubscribe link (that used to be linked to the campaign email address) to using Cvent's unsubscribe data tag.
Since then we have so many people unsubscribe from emails.
Do you experience the same?
The reason Cvent gives is that people clicked on the unsubscribe link.
I just had an example where the invitation was activated. I immediately exported a report - and even the marketing manager of the event showed up as unsubscribed.
She did not click on the unsubscribe link.
The only reason I can think that all 9 people of that company showed up as unsubscribe was because the email invitation was quarantined by their company mail server.
In this case, it was easy to figure out why.
Do you use Cvent's unsubscribe data tag?
Using a mailto link is frowned upon by Outlook and Gmail.
(We are an RSVP Agency and not a corporate with our own unsubscribe page)
