Hi there!

I would love to hear some others thoughts on the problem we have below!

Ive been asked to project a live running chat through cvent on the stage at an upcoming live event. The idea is that a live feed of the chat would be available for the entire day projected on the side of the stage. Has anybody ever done something like this before using cvent? Im assuming we'd just display a "Discussion board" ? But would love to hear what you guys think. I really appreciate it.

Hey Megan, 

So, the easy way would be to screen mirror a device with the chat or discussion board live on the screen. However, I have to ask... how much do you trust your attendees haha :-) We have thought about doing this before but there is always the bad egg that will post something inappropriate etc. Is the goal to view the chat type features or more like a social board? If it's more social, you can use Wall.io which has a tie into Cvent. They can then comment and post and you can set filters to make sure nothing gets through that might not be appropriate.
