  • 1.  Help with Live Site - Capacity for Breakout Sessions

    Hello! Our Cvent admin is on vacation and we just received a notification that we need to adjust something on a live registration site. There are different conference locations (example: Incarnation), and the Capacity numbers are not set up correctly to reflect sites individually. See the feedback below -- 

    Any guidance is so appreciated! 

     I am registering the Math teachers myself.  Each time I choose the Math session at Incarnation.  When I select it, not only does it reduce the number of seats available for that location, it also reduces the number for the other two math locations.  By the time I'm done, all the locations will be reduced by 9 spots.  I don't think that is correct but I could be wrong.

    Hi Tiffany,

    It sounds like the session set up and capacities need to be reviewed and updated but I would recommend giving our 24/7 Customer Care team a call to help talk through this further live on a phone call and they can look at your exact specific event set up and guide you through the necessary changes to achieve the set up that you are looking for.
