Open Forum

I built my registration site awhile back and working to send out "reminder invitations".  The people that already registered had no problems "selecting" the hotel button.  Now, the "select" button is greyed out and I can't figure out how to make this active again.

Any suggestions?

It may be the setting within the Hotel Request Widget.  Within it, under Request Setup, you have the ability to allow new requests or allow edits until specific dates.  Check those and make sure they are set for future dates.
