How do you have a group register and see their individual sessions on the Attendee Hub within the group

  • 1.  How do you have a group register and see their individual sessions on the Attendee Hub within the group

    We use the registration slightly different. At one of our conferences we have attendees sign up for activities using the sessions option. The attendees can also bring their families that are able to sign up for these activities. With all that said, is it possible to have the primary attendee sign up their family and can see in the app under their registration his families activities that they were signed up for? 

    For Example (on attendee hub app)
    Christine (Primary)- Activity Golf at 10 a.m.
    Husband - Activity tennis at 2 p.m.
    Daughter - Activity tennis at 2 p.m.

    I would like to know the best way to set up the registration process, the sessions and attendee hub to have this work properly, if it's possible.

    Hi Christine,

    Currently, this is not available functionality within the Attendee Hub. It will only show an individual's schedule and not additional guest or group member schedules as well. When logging into the app, attendees will only be able to see their own personal schedule. The primary would have to log into the app as the husband in order to see his schedule and log in as the daughter in order to see her schedule (and would need to have access to their phone or email for verification purposes too.) I would recommend submitting this as an idea to our product team for future enhancements within Participate > Product Ideas. 

    However, if the primary registrant/group leader wants to log back into their registration on the registration website, they will be able to see their own agenda and their guest or group members agenda as well within the Registration Summary widget on the Confirmation page.
