Yes, I do this all the time on our CVENT platform for my clients' searches.
- Once you have created your RFP you can then click on ADD VENUES and then search in a city/destination. After adding any venues of interest to the RFP you can then start another venue search (via ADD VENUES) in a different city and add venues from that city to the same RFP.
- Remember though to also add a note in your RFP that you are considering different cities and indicate if there is an order of preference.
- If you need a more customized RFP for each city though, then I would recommend to copy an existing RFP and use a different one for each city.
Also, if you search "
Sending an Existing RFP to Additional Venues in the New Sourcing Experience" in the Knowledge Base then you should find more detailed instructions as well.
Hope this was helpful -

Subject: How to send RFP to multiple cities
Is there a way to create a basic RFP for an event and submit it to multiple cities around the US. Right now the way I see it is I have to create one RFP for each City.
