I completely understand where you are coming from. Without practical experience, it's difficult to pass the exam. I have the exact same issue right now with Event Diagramming! I've read all the articles and watched the entire training course, but since we don't currently have a license for that specific module, I can't really get into the specifics of how it works, and I can't pass the test without that hands-on knowledge. Is there someone within your organization who can set you up or sit with you for a short time to show you the reporting module:? If not, I'm not sure I have an answer for you :( - I'd love to hear others' recommendations!

Thanks for coming back I appreciate it.
I have tried to do the test once already and didn't pass. Unfortunately (as I have done the training you mention above), it's totally irrelevant to the course. It didn't really help me and when I go to use the community, it doesn't help either.
One question came up regarding using reports and none of the options on the multiple choice have been mentioned ANYWHERE on the community training or on the learning centre videos.
Having no current exposure to Cvent on projects, this makes it very difficult to pass...!

Hi Poppy - I think if you go over the training guide that they provide and either review the knowledge base articles that are suggested within the guide, or if utilize the Learning Center videos for that particular module (Event Management, Attendee Hub, etc), you'll be in good shape.
