I checked this and this is a known issue where the time format is not consistent within the event and reports. I'd request you to please contact our Support team at (+44) 0808.234.4543 or (+44) 0808.101.1181 or (+44) 020.3826.8114 > Press 1 for Event cloud > Press 1 for Setting Up Event > Press 1 for Events > Press 1 again for Managing Event and they can escalate this issue to our Technology team for further investigation.

Does anyone else find the time formats vary across the registration pages, reports and in emails? Perhaps I have something set up wrong in the account but it would be really great to be able to select a consistent time format across the registration pages, reports and emails. Either 24 hour clock or AM/PM not half and half. I find I'm gathering date and time data which is requested in AM/PM, this is then reflected as 24 hour clock in the confirmation emails detailing the delegate's registration information and the same for reports. Does anyone know how to fix this?
