We have a small event (less than 150 attendees) that we host annually. Historically I have printed name badges on card stock and stuffed them into badge holders myself, but I'm interested in the idea of printing onsite. What's the cost for hardware and support for printing onsite? I see there's an opportunity to request a demo but I was hoping for a quick answer instead of having to set up an appointment with a sales person.
