After I receive an RFP from a venue, I'd like to be able to add any internal notes/comments/concerns/questions I have regarding that specific venue within the individual proposal that is then able to be downloaded when I run the comparison bid report. As it is right now, I run the report and then add my own cell in excel to make comments (for myself and the client). Is this somewhere in the new sourcing format and I am missing it? I know there is an Internal document upload, but I am looking for a comment field that is specific to each hotel/venue that is also reportable.
