It's time for our Huddle of the Week! Let's shine a spotlight on the brand-new Event Integration Attendee History in Event Diagramming. Ever missed a registration update because that one-time toast notification disappeared too quickly, or you were juggling multiple attendees? Now, you can breathe easy!

With this enhancement, every change from Event Registration — whether it's a new import, a registration, a cancellation, an update, or even a switch between physical and virtual attendance — is logged in a handy, reviewable history. Open your diagram, go to File, and select Cvent Integration History to view a detailed summary of all data updates, including sync dates, attendee names, action types, and impacted fields. You can even filter by attendee, date, or action, and export the data for your records. Remember, this feature only tracks updates made after October 1, 2025, and you'll need to import your attendee list from Event Registration to get started.

Ready to dive in? Check out the Cvent Integration History in Event Diagramming and see how it can help you confirm data accuracy and stay on top of every attendee change. Share your stories and tips below!

    Questions for you:
    • How will this new history feature change the way you manage last-minute updates?
    • Have you ever missed a critical attendee change before?
