  • 1.  Invite lists - can these be combined

    By the end of 2025, we will have sent out 9+ surveys, each to a different set of invitees. Is there a way to combine these invite lists for a planned end of year "Thank You" email? Or does this have to be done manually?

    Hi Kathleen,

    Are these different invitation lists all within one event in the system? You do have the ability to switch attendees from one invitation list to another, so theoretically you could switch all of them onto the same invitation list and then send out the one thank you email from one invitation list to everyone. Changing an Invitee's Invitation List

    Yes, our team has sent out 10+ surveys (events) - each with different invitees. To send out a THANK YOU email to everyone who participated in our 2025 Team surveys, is there a way to combine these invite lists systematically?

    You would have to add all of the invitees from the 10 events into 1 contact group in the address book and then you could add that contact group onto an invitation list within an event and send out an email to everyone that way: Managing Contact Groups

    Within an event, you would need to go to the Attendee List and check off Name to select everyone's name and then go to Bulk Actions > Update Contact Groups and create a new contact group for them to be added to and then repeat this for each event by adding them to the same existing contact group you created. Then, within an event on an invitation list, you can select List Members > Add Contact from Address Book > Select the contact group you created from the dropdown and add everyone that way.
