Hi Debbie -
In Cvent, there are fields called Custom Event Fields that can be created and can be used across different events. You essentially set the question up once and it can be pulled into different events like pulling from a question library.
Here's a couple of articles that explain more about how Custom Event Fields are created and used. Depending on your access, you may have to go to your accounts Cvent System Administrator to get Custom Event Fields created.

Hope this helps!

Subject: Is there a place to save repeated questions?
I have several questions that I use in different event registrations. Instead of having to type out the same questions each time when building a new event registration, is there a place I can "save" the question for global use across multiple events? For example, we always ask for mobile number and the very next question is always a " do you agree to receive text messages about this event...etc. with a yes or no choice. It's an internal policy for us to ask this question. I'm hoping there is a place to store repeated questions in a type of question bank that I can just pull in for every event rather than type those types of questions out every time I need them.
