Looking for a Meetings & Events Project Manager to join our fabulous team! This a remote position but travel to support meetings onsite (domestic) is required up to eight times per year.
The Project Manager, Meetings & Events independently project manages all aspects of the planning and execution of meetings based on finances, resources, timeline and workflow for assigned meeting and events programs. Working collaboratively with program stakeholders, proactively assess and evaluate program needs and provide logistical and meeting registration recommendations and solutions within budget to support the programs strategic initiatives. Required:
- 3 years of increasingly complex coordination, planning or project management experience in the meetings and events industry
- 2 years of experience working with an event registration system (Cvent registration and survey management system preferred
