- Join the right spaces: Subscribe to relevant product/topic areas and industry or user groups so you're notified when planners ask about things you're interested in.
- Share solutions: Prioritize unanswered or high-need threads and offer step-by-step guidance, checklists, and real examples.
- Start helpful threads: Post planner-centric resources like load-in/load-out timelines, sample room set diagrams, AV power guides, accessibility notes, or sustainability options.
- Listen to planner needs: Spend time reading trending discussions to learn what's top-of-mind for planners.
