Hello Sara,
When planners are Editing & Resending RFPs, the best practice is for them to include in a Cvent Message the fields that they've updated. Sometimes the updates are minor, like correcting typos or verbiage. Including a message to clearly state what was changed is not a required field, but I do suggest you leverage the Product Ideas feature in the Cvent Community to submit it as feedback.

From a supplier's (hotelier's) perspective, there is a View Details button with the yellow banner that alerts you when the proposal no longer matches the RFP. That View Details button should show you the major changes. When you update the proposal, it is advised to also include a Cvent Message to highlight what has been updated.

Subject: Making Updates to RFP
Is there a way to make revisions to RFP and proposals easier to see? When the RFP is edited and resent it can be very hard for the hotels to see what exactly was updated. Likewise when the hotel updates a proposal it can be hard to view what is new from the planner side.
