    I'd like to add a couple of staff members to a full session on the back end - any ideas?

    Hi Sarah,

    Yes, this is possible! Planner-side (backend) registration can override session capacity. Please follow the steps below to add your staff members to the full session:

    • Go to Attendees > Attendee List.
    • For each staff member:
      • If they're already registered:
        • Click their name > Modify Registration.
      • If they're not registered yet:
        • Click Add > Register and complete the wizard until you reach Sessions.
    • On the Sessions step, select the full session you want them in.
      • Even if it shows as Full, planner‑side registration will still let you add it; this action overrides the session capacity for that attendee.
    • Complete the registration/modify flow and Submit.
