Hi everyone,

I saw an email reporting we missed 690 RFP's for December 2023. I think I saw only three in my emails. Am I missing the RFPs somewhere? Is anyone available to assist me , walk me through on where and how to locate the missing RFPs? Thank you.

The Monthly Summary Email's Missed RFPs metric is the count of RFPs sent to your Comp Set, but you aren't getting, . Here's a quick explanation of the metric linked below. The link below includes direction to a form for a free one time request to change the Comp Set.

What does the Missed RFPs metric show?
