  • 1.  MRF - meeting requirement widget glitch

    Hello to all that use the MRF to capture meeting requests within your organization. Please respond and let me know how inefficient the MRF meeting requirement is. For over a year I have been complaining that this is not working and it is a known glitch on Cvent. ( yes I have made this required, but it is a glitch) Everyday we get requests and the meeting requirements are not filled out and each sourcing agent has to call the meeting arranger to get the details to send the RFP. This inefficiency increases the SLA of the turnaround time from Meeting Registered to Sourcing in Progress. Now you can see in the new RFP module it has a much better view on meeting requirement.  WHY, WHY WhY hasn't cvent updated this in the MRF meeting requirement? if you are dealing with this same issue please report it to your account manager.  I need numbers from you all to make this change happen.

    Thank you for your question! This is not a glitch in the system, but it is by design. Our product team will need to make updates to this feature in order to make it required, and I can see that your account team has already submitted this as feedback on your behalf. I would also recommend posting within the Product Ideas section under "Participate" at the top of this page. Our product team looks at that area directly and other users can upvote your feedback in order to push it to the top of the page.
