Things are heating up over here! With the weather getting warmer and events at one of their hottest time's of the season, we want to make sure you are still staying up to date with the latest and greatest in Cvent.

The Q1 Quarterly Product Update is just the way to do that! Our upcoming session on May 2nd will allow you to interact live with our product experts to get your most important questions answered.

From Event Management, Supplier Network, Onsite Solutions, and everything in between, we'll talk about it all! In preparation for this quarter's session, we'd love to hear from you about what you're most looking forward to seeing.

1. What product updates are you hoping to hear about the most?  Would love for issues with publishing updates to a live website not being problematic due to internet caches requiring people to clear their cache or use an incognito window or different browser.

I would love to have the ability to delete old employees and have any associated events update to "Unknown" owner or previous owner so that we can keep our data clean. I would also like an easier way to create subsets of Contacts for easy deletion.

1. What product updates are you hoping to hear about the most? Improvements to the licensing process to manage as an administrator. It's close to impossible to easily move users from the different licensing types easily.  We cannot just delete users because then history of MRF/RFP, etc is lost.  It would also be great to hear that portal licensing is incorporated into account licensing to avoid having to do duplicate work.

   The new audience segmentation is an update I've been looking forward to. It will be incredibly useful for upcoming events.

first thank you for the latest updates! THe speakers order list was a great thing, we have asked for looong, and now its is there yay!

Next, for us the best would be:
put into the event emails the register button, the button, that leads directly to the related event's registration form. We always have to create a button and link in the relevant registration link. It would be great to have it in one click!!
Secondly it would be great if we could import the speakers list into the event attendees list directly. Automatically with the label or reg type: speaker. It would be lovely to have 1 single list where the speakers we have fed in to the system manually would be included automatically to all attendees.

1) Really, really need a way to automatically send a modification email when registrants select sessions in the Hub. Even if they haven't selected in every category. I hope the UX team has been working on that. And registrants are often unsure whether their session selection "took". Yes, it seems obvious that it was added, but they are used to clicking next / submit and they end up emailing us to make sure their selections went through. You could just add a "save changes" button. 
Another item on our wish list - a way to assign staff roles to sessions - speaker liaison, door greeter, way finder. We were going to try using appointments but it's not really a good fit for that so we need to use a different piece of software /separate app for assignments. 
2) Still getting used to the Hub but (a) glad that we can use it for session selection and we're not locked into one widget for all sessions & they are now broken out with each day as it's own page (b) we don't have to sign in to a different site to work on the Cvent app.
