    I have used the CVENT registration system for our annual conference 6 times and for the past 5 events, we received a remittance on the 15th of each month after the registration opened.

    For the 2022 event held June 16-18, we opened the registration on April 10 and we have not received any of our funds collected. I received three emails saying they were depositing different amounts on different dates but nothing came into our account.

    We use the Paygo system, which is only available by email...I can't talk to anyone. We are a small organization and now we have expenses to cover. On the first remittance, they said they would hold back 30% until the event was over, but now it seems they are holding back everything.

    Is anyone else having issues?
