  • 1.  Participant Waiver for guests

    Hi - Suggestions needed please.

We require the primary registrant to review/sign policies & waivers during registration. But we can't have them sign the waivers for their guests.  Suggestions on how to have guests sign the waiver?  Here's what we have done for past events..
1- OnArrival - guest sign the waiver at check-in - but that make is so the primary registrant cannot check-in for their guest
2-Survey/Feedback sent with waiver before event - but that's hard to keep up with to make sure all have signed, then sign onsite

I think there's a waiver process in Attendee Hub but if that was done, I don't think there is a way to filter out which guests have/have not accepted and only show waiver at check-in for those that have not signed.

    thanks!

    Hi Denise,

Could you use a file upload registration question type to collect the waiver from primary registrants during the registration process? Then, you can also include a separate file upload question type on the guest information page as well to collect the waiver from the guest. They can upload upon initial registration if you want to make both file upload questions required from the get-go or if you want to leave one or both as optional, they could also go back in and modify their registration to upload the file when they have it signed and ready.

How do I let invitees upload files during registration?
