When you are creating a row of photos, speakers for example, to highlight a session, what is the best way to get them all sized the same?

This probably doesn't help your scenario but I have Adobe Creative Suite that I use for a design work so I edit them all to the same size in Photoshop before I import them.

Dear Al, I am also in the non-profit field.  If you do not have Adobe Creative Suite, you can resize the photos to 300px x 300px using Microsoft 3-D paint.  I have sent you an invite to personally connect.  It would be easier to show and explain than try to do this by chat.
