I would love to hear if anyone has found how to make planner alerts the most effective. I feel like there is so much room for improvement and it is something I use daily!

Katie, I tend to agree with you.  I often wish there were more options in the information that is included.  I am very thankful however to receive the notifications and reminders for various tasks.  My main uses are to track when sessions/hotel are at a percentage of capacity, and when someone cancels for either the event or a hotel.
