    I know I'm missing something but I've looked and looked. In OnArrival in my event under kiosk setting, preview badge is grayed out and it won't let me change it. Each of our attendees has an extra step because this is on but I cannot figure out how to turn it off. Any ideas?

    Not sure if this will help or if it is the information you are looking for. In the event, under "Attendees" and "Badges and Certificates," go to the Details tab and scroll to the bottom. See what Badge Overrides is set to. Badge overrides allow the person printing the badge to edit the information that is displayed on it. If enabled, you can let Attendees edit their information and select which fields they can override.

    Thank you for your reply, we do not allow badge overrides so that is set to no.

    Hi Kris,

    Hope you are well!

    I got your issue checked by our Onsite team and they advised that within the event, you need to enable 'Badge Editing' setting to 'On' and this will then allow you to disable 'Badge Preview' option in the kiosk mode setting in the App.

    For this, please login to your Cvent event at the backend > go to your event > OnArrival >OnArrival Settings > Edit > scroll down to 'Kiosk Mode - General Settings' section > click 'ON' for 'Badge Editing' > save. Then sync your OnArrival App and you should see the option to disable 'Badge Preview' option.
