Are you looking to promote your event to other Cvent users? You can post in the open forum section of the community if you'd like to allow others to see more information about your event. If you are looking to promote your event through google, there is an area in the event settings under General> Event Settings> Security, where you can turn on the setting to allow your event to be searchable in search engines results. From there, you can add a description for people to see when they search the event in google.
