  • 1.  Refund Receipt on Cancellation Email?

    Is there a way to provide a refund receipt on cancellation emails?  I swear there was a data tag that showed the amount being refunded, but I can't find it now.

    Hi Kim,

    Hope you are well!

    I tested this in my own test event and I believe the data tag {[C-ORDERS PAYMENTS]} is the one you're looking for. This data tag will display the order details as well as the payment made and the refund issued as well.

    If you are registered for your event, you can add this data tag in the email and test this once. 

    Additionally, you can also email the orders and payments page to the invitee showing them the refund issued (if it is just for 1-3 invitees). For this, you'll need to go to the event > Attendees > Attendee list > search and click on the registrant's name > Orders & Payments tab > Actions > Email This Page > add the email address of the registrant under Recipient Email Addresses > Send email. It will send a screenshot of the orders & Payments page to the registrant.
