Hi,

If I process a refund for an event,

1. does the event ticket sales reflect the refund amount?
2. does it also adjust the attendee numbers?

I.e if we have made $4,000 in ticket sales and I refund $500 will it adjust to $3,500 and if we have 30 attendees will it adjust to 29?

Hi Emma,

The numbers should update to reflect your new totals. Sometimes it takes a little time for the dashboard to update, though, so it might not be instantaneous.

Hi Emma,

Yes, it should adjust both the dollar totals and the attendee numbers. Recently, this has been automatic and immediate in my account, but I had some issues last spring with it not happening immediately, but within the next 24 hours or so. So you may need to be patient, but I'm hoping it will reflect the change fairly quickly. Good luck!
