Do they have to keep the previous position? Because if not, the other option I can think of is to set the different positions as admission items. They register fthe first time, make the admission item selection and go through the rest of registration, then receive a confirmation code. When they need to change, they go in and modify their registration with that code, then change the admission item to the new position.
I suppose this could also be done with registration types, but I think it might be smoother with admission items? And of course, if the original choice needs to be kept in addition to the new choice, then neither of these options will work. :(

We will need to be able to have certain registrants sign up in the event multiple times. For instance, the first time they sign up may be for a kitchen manager position. 2 months later they may need to sign up for a general manager position. However, when you go into register the individual if you put the same email it will not let you move forward with a confirmation number. Is there any way to change this setting and bypass this?
