    New CVENT user here. :-)

    I have created a new website and copied the data from last year, only modifying a few visual details. I made no changes to the registration paths for the new website. I currently have 6 registration paths and during testing, step 5 is not picking up during the registration process. Has anyone else experience this same issue?

    Hi Crystle,

    Can you give a few more details?  Not sure which step is #5.  

    One thing I've seen drop from events I've cloned when I test them is the Housing Widget will not appear.  You need to customize the Request Set-Up, and allow new requests or modifications through a current date.

    Michele, thank you for your response. Our events are setup as an umbrella event where multiple sessions are scheduled under one event. Within the registration process, registrants must choose which event they are wishing to attend. The path should be as follows: Select Registration Type (which is the indicator of the next registration path) -> Personal Information, Visitor Agreement -> Registration Item -> Trainings (THIS IS THE PATH NOT BEING RECOGNIZED) -> Registration Summary. 

    The training are sessions that I have setup for registrants to choose from.  Is as if the sessions are not being recognized on the customer interface.

    Hi Crystle,

    Hope you are well!

    I reviewed your query and understand that the sessions are not displaying when registering for the event.

    Could you please check if the sessions are associated to the right admission item/registration type and are open for registration?

    The session visibility is controlled by the admission items and/or registration types in the event. To check this, please go to your event > Registration > Admission items > click on the item's name > go to the Advanced Settings tab > scroll down to availability section and make sure the sessions are associated there.

    Also,  make sure that the sessions widget is added within the registration process.
