  • 1.  Registration Path Specific Weblink Not Working

    I am trying to create a weblink specific to a registration path. When I use this weblink, I am able to make it through the first page of registration and then receive an error message. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

    Sometimes it's a cache thing. Sometimes bad data. Always frustrating.
    Usually I step away from the computer and try again later. Honestly. That sometimes works.

    As Steven mentioned, I would recommend clearing your cache and then trying again. If it still doesn't work, feel free to call into our Customer Care Team at 866-318-4357, OPtion 1 and they can escalate this for you to see what the exact issue is.
