    Hi Cvent, 

    For my Event von Cvent I have 2 questions on registration as a newbie :) 

    1) Whenever someone registers, is it possible to get an info email about this automatically? 

    2) For the registration we had extra questions mandatory for people to chose when registering, - however, when I go into the report for registrations, I cant find this detail info nowhere?

    Hello Edith,

    • Whenever someone registers, is it possible to get an info email about this automatically? 
      • Yes,  you can set up a Planner Alert
      • Email > Planner Alerts > Create Alert. You will see a drop-down for the categories available. Registration in this case, Type: Registration Accepted
    • For the registration we had extra questions mandatory for people to chose when registering, - however, when I go into the report for registrations, I cant find this detail info nowhere? 
      • I would recommend start with the Registration Details report. Under the Fields tab you will find the contact fields, custom contact fields, and General Registration Questions (which I'm assuming is what you used in the Site Designer) Make sure the questions asked are checked
      • The column header would be the question text used unless entered a short name for "Reporting" in the question settings (in the site designer)
