The "+add to calendar" allows an individual to add a particular session to an individuals personal calendar. Take this button and making it optional on the designer side (as a toggle would be nice) in attendee hub would give more control to the event planner. I know this button does not add it to the "my schedule" within attendee hub which is where I am most concerned with, but some people will try to bypass the fact that its on their personal schedule and attend a session that has a fee associated with it. If they were to attend said session and not pay but show the instruction their personal calendar and it shows up there, the instructor doesnt know if they have paid or not and will usually allow them in the class. Then, we at registration are forced to take payment after the fact because they attended. And its not fair if there is a waitlist and other people were not able to attend due to the session being full. If that option is not there, it forces their hand in attendee hub and it wont allow them to register/add the session to their "my schedule" unless they see someone at registration to pay for the session.
