wondering if there is a way to modify a report for open rates - so that it's not they didn't open X email, but they didn't open any of the emails recieved. We'd like to do an outbound call campaign to those who haven't opened any emails, so being able to pull it as one report rather than merge them all together would be helpful. Thanks!

    If it's a one-time thing and don't mind a convoluted method.
This is how I would do it.

    Report: email details
    Remove groupings
    Export to csv

    sort by Opened column
highlight in yellow the NO rows

    Now Sort by fullname

    Use the subtotal function
    fullname
    count
    fullname

At least this way anyone with all NOs will stand out.

That being said, I'm sure someone will come up with a better idea. :)

Thanks! I was hoping to find something that listed the emails each in a column, but this worked easy enough. Appreciate it!
