If it's a one-time thing and don't mind a convoluted method.
This is how I would do it.
Report: email details
Remove groupings
Export to csv
sort by Opened column
highlight in yellow the NO rows
Now Sort by fullname
Use the subtotal function
fullname
count
fullname
At least this way anyone with all NOs will stand out.
That being said, I'ms ure someone will come up with a better idea. :)

wondering if there is a way to modify a report for open rates - so that it's not they didn't open X email, but they didn't open any of the emails recieved. We'd like to do an outbound call campaign to those who haven't opened any emails, so being able to pull it as one report rather than merge them all together would be helpful. Thanks!
