    I start almost all of my reports based off the "Registrants Detail" report. That one seems to have the most data options, and I can build out whatever I need to see just by editing and selecting the data fields I want.

    I also start most of my reports from the Invitee and Registrant Details report, filter to the information I need, and save variations of the report with the information I need.  I usually keep a saved report of the full information available with that report, and multiple reports that are just one or two registration questions that I can easily run and send off to those who need the info (like a report for just food restrictions that attendees provide during registration, which can go to the event manager or catering manager).  

    For larger events that I am going to pull attendee data from in order to present to my executive staff, I use some of the following.  This is the list that I keep for myself, and then reference back to see which reports are helpful depending on the type of event I'm reporting for.

    Cvent Report Name Details
    Agenda Items - Registration Summary Quick summary of every session with # registered, capacity, # waitlisted
    Session Registrants All registrants for all sessions - can filter to individual sessions, or by registration path or admission item
    Session Overview Q&A Sessions registered vs. participants; Questions asked, by whom, upvotes, status
    Session Duration Attendees for all sessions (virtual), when they checked in, when they checked out, duration, and live vs. on demand
    Unique Log In Every registrant, whether they logged in or not, and when
    Attendee Hub Usage When the app was downloaded, the site was accessed, what types of devices were used, number of view per page, top viewed sessions
    Session Feedback Details Detailed feedback responses for all session surveys
    General Feedback Details Detailed feedback responses for general event survey
    Engagement Score Engagement score details by attendee
    Engagement Score by Company Engagement score details by company
