  • 1.  Resources for hearing impaired attendees

    Posted 17 days ago
Hi everyone! I am looking for some resources for an attendee with hearing impairment for an upcoming event in San Francisco. I know about transcription and ASL interpreters, but want to be sure I have all the options. Is there a speech to text program that is ADA compliant? What have you used and what worked well?

Would love all advice, comments, and suggestions. Thanks!

    Hi Amy,
Wordly is an interpretation services company. I think they do captioning.

    Let it snow!

    Hi Amy,

    Hope you are well.

I researched on it and within zoom, there is a feature called 'Live Transcript' that can be enabled during the webinar by the host and also auto transcription, which is 70-80% accurate. So you can use auto transcription or can use interpretation in such case.

Here are some links that I found that may be helpful for you:

    I hope this helps.
