I want to start tracking where our attendees are spending the bulk of their time and when.  Attendees are not required to sign up for sessions.  The organizations in the past have done head counts for each session to gauge the popularity of sessions.  This year we are instituting several new elements such as a learning lounge and a lounge area in our exhibit hall.  I want to track the flow of traffic such as how many visited a particular area and how long did, they stay.

I would love to know what software or tracking you've used in the past and did it help you design better content and engagement.

    Hi Dedra,

We offer RFID Tracking as a part of our Onsite Solutions - have you explored this yet? I would recommend reaching out to your Account Manager and they will be able to provide you with additional information about how it can work for your events, pricing, best practices, etc.

Looking at the heat maps based on RFID at CventConnect was very interesting. RFID won't give you exact numbers but will give you a good general idea.
You need beacons set up in all areas you want to monitor. Probably need a beacon at every entrance.
