    Hi All -

    We looked at the Cvent > Salesforce integration that Cvent provided about 6 years ago. At the time, I tested it and it was just not up to the standards we needed as far as keeping the data updated and bringing over the fields/data needed. We are thinking of revisiting the Cvent provided integration - does anyone who is using the integration have any feedback - are you happy with it and does it meet your needs?  We are specifically needing to bring over Contact & Registration/Opportunity data with custom fields & registration questions, and where if a registration changes - it fully updates over to Salesforce again.  Any feedback appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi Leigh,

    The Salesforce Integration with Cvent has had a lot of changes over the last few years and has definitely had some upgrades to functionality since the last time you would have interacted with it. The current integration is installed as a Managed App in Salesforce and allows for more integration points than we previously had. We have the ability to map custom fields, event questions and create opportunities, alongside much more.
