Has anyone had an issue on the attendee hub when working in the mobile app where it will NOT save? The "Save Page" button near top right corner of screen is greyed out. Multiple team members of mine are experiencing the same issue. We're tried logging in and logging out, clearing cookies/cache, different browsers, different laptops (work and personal), etc. and still the same issue. I've tried this for multiple of our events in cvent and all of them are having this issue where our work will not save. See attachment. The "Save Page" is greyed out and will not allow you to click it.

Hope you are doing well!

In regards to the mentioned issue related to 'Save Page' being grayed out, I would like to inform that there is no such issue reported.

On the contrary, if I talk about 'Update Page' button bein grayed out on specific section for example when creating cards. If you add an image and select 'Yes' for 'Is this image decorative' then it is required to enter the text in the 'Alt Text' field and only then 'Update Page' will become clickable.

Continuing with 'Save Page' if you delete certain value/text/information from the page and then add the same value again, the button will grayed out. If this is the scenario then you have to first delete > Save page > Add the value again. 

However, if this is not the case then we might need to dig a little deeper to troubleshoot the issue for you. I would recommend you to try contacting our support at 866.318.4357 and select the IVR options as 1 > 1 > 2.
