    Hi Community, 
    I have an email that I sent out that has attendee-specific information.  Unfortunately, I found out that there should've been a cc on it. Is there a way to send out the emails without resending them to the attendee?

    Barbara, if you have the CC field within the contact or asked it in registration, you can send emails to those people. You can also set up this feature to be pre-set on each email so you can do it going forward. However, I don't think you just send an email to the CC email within Cvent.

    Hi Barbara,

    No I don't think there is a way to resent the email to only the CC recipient. I get this question from clients A LOT.

    Hi Barbara,

    Hope you are well.

    As of now, there is no direct way to send an email directly to a cc email address of the invitee, as within the email settings, it only gives the option to send an additional copy of the email to the cc email address. And this can be done only when you are sending the email to the primary invitee.

    However, you can add this as a feedback under 'Ideas' tab within Community and out product team might take it up in future.

    Hi Barbara,

    Just a thought, and a bit of a work around but maybe you could update the Attendee's emails to the Cc email, send out the email again, and then update back to Attendee's original email. Would only really work if none of the Cc emails are duplicates.
