What were some of the most valuable sessions or networking opportunities for you? 
Meeting someone in my area who used Cvent in the chat of a session and then connecting with them using the Attendee Hub messaging feature. 
The keynotes were valuable as a tool to reconnect with my creativity as well as to rekick my energy. 
The feature flashes were fun. Would have loved more. How about going into some more advanced features next year? 

What tips do you have for getting the most out of the event? 
I tried to attend as many sessions as I could fit in to get the same spirit and feel of being there in-person.

• What were some of the most valuable sessions or networking opportunities for you?
  • The training workshops were excellent, and I would love to dive even deeper into modules like travel, event diagramming, and abstract management. The meet-ups were great networking opportunities.
• What tips do you have for getting the most out of the event?
  • Schedule time to visit the Trade Show and Innovation Pavilion. It's easy to get caught up in idea of taking a session in every timeslot opportunity, but you want to be able to have ample time to check out the excellent resources there. Also, sit down with different groups of people at meals and networking times - this is such a friendly group and you meet the most amazing people!

I attended in person and loved all the sessions focused more on SMM and data. As our program grows more mature, we're finally using Cvent to start gathering the data we need to tell our M&E story. For anyone who attends, whether in person or virtually, do the work to dive into the agenda. It's so easy to get swept up into a million other things, but there are great sessions for all experience and SMM levels if you just look!

• What were some of the most valuable sessions or networking opportunities for you?

I really enjoyed being able to talk with others about their professional fields and how Cvent is used within their company. From Wawa to hotels in Europe, Cvent can be used for anything. It was eye opening to see how many companies host major events. My favorite session was the one about women in leadership. The ladies were strong, empathetic, and showed many ways of how a woman can step up and be comfortable and confident in her role. 

• What tips do you have for getting the most out of the event? 

Be mindful and open! Everyone is there to learn and better themselves and their company.

• What tips do you have for getting the most out of the event? 

As an introvert that needs to step away and recharge - I found the live streaming to be very helpful. If I needed to return to my room for a break, I could still stay engaged with the content while having space.

I always enjoy the roadmap session and getting to learn what Cvent is looking at for the future.

As for getting the most out of the experience - don't be afraid to talk to new people.  And, when you have talked to all of the new people take a beat to recharge in the meditation room.

• What were some of the most valuable sessions or networking opportunities for you?

The product roadmap session, innovation center as well as meeting with our Cvent account team area always the most beneficial to me, it allows for valuable feedback and interactions.  The sessions for me as a power user are generally not as helpful. It would be fantastic if Cvent would aim higher for administrators and power users at future events.

• What tips do you have for getting the most out of the event? 

Connect with other users, there are a number of users that need help just starting and getting an advanced SMM setup.

  • Still catching up (we were all sick that week :( - but I really enjoyed watching the Higher education seminar and always enjoy Reggie's talk.

  • If you are attending virtually try to engage. The years I engaged more I got more out of it. This year I feel I was lacking due to conflicts out of my control.
