How can I see which of my speakers have logged into the SRC?

    Hi Dani,

    Hope you are doing well!

In order to review which of the speakers has logged in to SRC, we currently do not have a report available. However, If there are tasks assigned, you can run the Speaker task report to check who all were able to complete it.

Apologies for the inconvenience. But, it certainly is a great feedback. I suggest you to post this on the 'Product Ideas' tab of Cvent community i.e. Cvent community > Participate > Product ideas > Add new or Upvote an existing idea.

We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also helps our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.

    Hi Dani,

I have wondered this, as well. While that is currently not available, I found that creating even a simple task such as first and last name will prompt most speakers who have logged in to respond atleast somewhat, and therefore you are more likely to be able to tell who has logged in vs. not. Make sure you require approval for all tasks assigned. To see who has completed your tasks and to approve them manually, go to Speakers --> Speaker Resources --> Approvals.

Thank you!  That's essentially how I'm tracking.  It seems like such an obvious feature to have.  I'm going to suggest it for both speakers and exhibitors.
