Hi Beth & Michelle,
You can change the audience type to registrants so you're able to send out the survey to someone who is just registered, but not participated. However, this is great feedback! I would recommend going into the "Ideas" tab in the community and submitting it there as well, as our product team looks at that area directly.

I agree! Definitely need this functionality. I just mark the person who wants to test it as a 'participant' and then manually send them the survey email. Not ideal because I've found that they then do no receive it when it is live.

It would be nice to have the ability to test the survey after the event is live. I have to manipulate the survey availability dates, just to test it. Does anyone have a good workaround to build out surveys and test them when your event is already live?
