Is there a way to take a credit card payment on a group registration after they've already registered?  I know how to apply check or credit card payments after they've already registered, but I want to know if you can just apply a $225 charge rather than having to charge the credit card 3 different times at $75 each.

Hi Dee, 

You can add the "Submit Payment" widget to the confirmation page in your registration process. This will only show to registrants that have a balance due. Then the group leader will be able to log in and pay the amount. You can also send an email with the audience type as those who have a balance due so that you don't have to sort for those individuals.
