    What has changed with Cvent recently that I constantly lose my information when creating events and emails because the page has timed out, even though I'm typing on it?

    I admit, I'm a very busy employee, I get interrupted 100 times a day, but for a while now it's been insane the amount of work I've lost because I didn't know my page timed out and I have to recreate everything.

    Usually every year I have to ask customer service to escalate a request for one of my events to have the timeout extended for over an hour.  My registrants have to fill out at least 25 questions for that event.  Last year I requested that, and I got a reply that it was granted, but my registrants still had trouble getting all the information in before it timed out on them.  Then they have to start over.

    Now it is very frustrating.
