  • 1.  Uploaded Files Display No Longer Working

    We have registrants upload a profile image and I used to be able to go to Attendees> Uploaded Files to view and download any files or images uploaded.  For some reason, that no longer works.  I also tried to find the Run the Bulk Download for File Upload Question report that the Help section references and it is not there.   I don't see anywhere in reports that allows me to pull up the profile image, either to download or to see the file path.  I can see that it is showing up on the Contact record, but there seems to be no way to download it from there either.   I have never had this problem before, so I am assuming something changed.  Any suggestions?

    Hope you are well!

    Currently, the option to download the profile image from any report is not available when using the standard field of 'Profile Image' in the event. To obtain the file with the profile image links, please reach out to Cvent Support, who can assist in providing this at the backend. You can contact them directly at 866-318-4357 (US & Canada) > Press 1 for Event cloud > Press 1 for Setting Up Event > Press 1 for Events > Press 1 again for Managing Event for immediate assistance.

    Another alternative for you is to create a name badge and add the {[C-FULLNAME]} data tag in the badge. Then, please go to Attendees > Attendee list > select the invitees > Actions > print badge and download the badges with profile image of the invitees. 

    I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas. 
    We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.
