User, User Roles or Groups to have access to Cvent to pull their own event reports

  • 1.  User, User Roles or Groups to have access to Cvent to pull their own event reports

    My office uses Cvent to create and build events sites for different departments in our organization.  Usually, there is one direct contact for each event.  What i'd like is to find a way for this contact to have access to their account so that they may pull a report as often as they'd like to rather than to ask my team.  


    Is there a way to do this?

    Yes! We do this all of the time with the Access Portal. After creating the report, save it and then publish it to the Portal. Your contacts will have to be set up as a Portal User, but then they can view those reports as often as they need to without having to contact you.
