    Hello,

    Looking for some advice for any travel coordinators that use Cvent. Do you use Cvent to gather all of your travel information and send it back to the customer?

    When I formerly worked for a third party we used the Cvent travel module, but if someone booked on their own - we would ask that they enter in their travel details. It really helps for reporting to have everything in one place. It also helps to cross check hotel dates vs. air dates to ensure there are no discrepancies.

    you certainly could! If you have their information requested in the registration, you could pull a report? Is that what you mean?

    Hi Meghan,
    We use the travel module to collect the flight requests from our participants, for us to book their tickets, and once done, we include the final details as Air Actuals. Those booking their own ticket, can also insert their flight details (ticket) into Air Actuals. This was you can run a report by arrival and this will also help coordinate ground transportation, from the airport to the venue.

    Hope you are well.

    We do have 'Travel' feature in Cvent where you can collect hotel or air requests from your invites or if they have prebooked flights, you can ask them to enter their flight details, you can also use integrate PNR, Concur etc. in your events.
